The Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Health warned that tomorrow (Wednesday) air pollution is expected to be very high in the Negev and high to very high in the rest of the country due to a dust storm.
The predicted air pollution is related to a deep depression over the eastern Mediterranean that will cause strong southwesterly winds and transport dust from Sinai and local sandstorms in the Negev.
For this reason, the Ministry of Environmental Protection together with the Ministry of Health recommends that sensitive populations - including heart patients, lung patients, the elderly, children and pregnant women - avoid strenuous physical activity outside.
For the general population it is recommended to reduce strenuous exercise outside.
Improvement in air quality is forecast during the afternoon and evening tomorrow with the change in flow and the onset of rains in the north and center of the country. In the Negev, there will be an improvement in air quality during the night.
Also, the weather tomorrow will be partly cloudy, there will be a significant drop in temperatures, the winds will get stronger and your father will do, and in the south of the country there may be local sandstorms.
In the north of the country it will start to rain, accompanied by isolated thunderstorms.
At noon, the rain will spread to the center of the country and there is a slight risk of flooding in the eastern streams.
It has snowed on Mount Hermon and will be a little colder than usual for the season.
