The US national security adviser, Jake Sullivan, reported that Ukraine was the main topic of the virtual summit held on Tuesday between the presidents of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and the US, Joe Biden.
The US president made it clear that if Russia invades Ukraine, the US and Europe would apply economic sanctions and military measures.
