The police are now looking for the unknown driver.
Dortmund - A woman was accompanied by her partner for a walk with her Chihuahua on Martener Straße in Dortmund.
When she crossed the confluence with Diedrichstrasse together with her dog, the Chihuahua is said to have initially stopped on the other side.
