Shortly after his retirement from politics, the former Chancellor of Austria, Sebastian Kurz, probably has a new job in Silicon Valley in the USA.

Vienna - The former Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz (35) is said to have accepted a job in the USA *. The Austrian media will report on Saturday (November 25th, 2021). He is said to have already signed a contract in the private sector, reported the daily newspaper Austria. According to information from the tabloid Kronen Zeitung, it is said to be a managerial job in Silicon Valley. Numerous large high-tech, IT and Internet companies have their headquarters in the region south of San Francisco.

Kurz did not comment on this.

On the short message service Twitter, however, he wrote his Christmas greetings - rather unusual - in English: "Merry Christmas, relaxing holidays and a happy New Year to you all!" ).

The English sentence promptly drew some surprised to spiteful reactions from users on Twitter.
