The Scout Association of Hong Kong, former senior Yu Huanhuai, etc. were charged with votes. The case appeared in Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts today (30th). 7 defendants: The Scout Association of Hong Kong, Central Baohu Seafood Restaurant Co., Ltd., Chen Jiandong, Zhong Tingqian, Leung Wanbing, Yu Huanhuai and LING KAY KAU.

The first 4 defendants were charged with violating the Prevention and Control of Disease (Regulations and Instructions) (Business and Places) Regulations (Chapter 599F).

The Scout Association was also charged with violating the conditions of the certificate of conformity; while the restaurant was charged with knowingly allowing prohibited groups to gather and violating the conditions of the certificate of conformity to manage a meeting place.

Liang Wanbing, Yu Huanhuai and Ling Kay Kau are accused of organizing a banned group gathering.

The time for all charges involved is April 10, 2021, and the venue is the "Guangdong Pinhui" at the Scout Centre on Austin Road, Jordan.
