Ten proposals for pragmatically reforming criminal justice.
This is the mission given by the National Conference of Public Prosecutors (CNPR) within the framework of the current Estates General of Justice.
Among these proposals, two refer to the need to boost the means to catch up with European standards in the area of justice and seriously engage in digital reform.
Above all, all the proposals militate in favor of increased powers of the prosecution, at a time when the legislator is increasing their tasks at the risk of restricting them.

But warns, Jean-Baptiste Bladier, all new president of the CNPR and prosecutor of Senlis, "
without a reform of our statute towards more independence, we are heading towards a paralysis of justice given the mass of disputes and reforms
".
Touchstone of its reflection, the CNPR proposes "
an overhaul of the code of criminal procedure
", measure a thousand times recommended and a thousand times abandoned.
So the Conference is campaigning ...
