An Emirati delegation, headed by Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, expressed its admiration for the holdings of the Syrian pavilion participating in Expo 2020 Dubai and the excellence of its exhibits.
The Emirati delegation, headed by Sheikha Mahra, toured the various sections of the pavilion and reviewed the exhibits, including a replica of the Ugarit alphabet and a visual and audio presentation of the “Nikal Song”, which is considered the oldest musical record in history.
The Emirati delegation stopped at a number of paintings in the “I am the Syrian” exhibition, expressing its admiration for the distinguished participation and the idea of the exhibition, which calls for thinking about the individual and collective ego.
The UAE delegation was received by Dr. Ghassan Abbas, Commissioner-General of the Syrian Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, Eng. Khaled Al-Shamaa, Director of the Syrian Pavilion, and a number of members of the pavilion's work team.
