The Chancellery is putting the finishing touches to the famous jurisdiction entirely devoted to "cold cases", these "classified cases", which have never been resolved.
Éric Dupond-Moretti, the Keeper of the Seals, will unveil the precise outlines on Wednesday.
Its principle had been recorded during the discussion of the law on confidence in justice, last May.
All that is missing to install it is a decree from the Council of State.
