Last year, the branch of the General Organization for Internal Trade for Metals and Building Materials “Amran Daraa” sold 45,791 tons of black cement.
The director of the branch, Rami Al-Najm, stated in a statement to SANA’s reporter today that the priority in selling to the public sector, followed by building permit holders and craftsmen, and after them come the restoration requests submitted by citizens, indicating that the branch distributes to its affiliated centers in Daraa, Izraa, Al-Sanamayn, Khirbet Ghazala, Dael, Nawa and Jasim quantities in certain proportions and according to the number Licenses and craftsmen registered in each center.
He added that the branch extracts 150 tons of black cement daily from the central administration over five days a week.
The branch headquarters went out of service at the beginning of the war, and its work is currently continuing in a temporary headquarters in the Kashef neighborhood in the center of Daraa city.
