Only four weeks ago a bomb was discovered in an excavation pit on Brunecker Strasse in Nuremberg.

Another bomb was found on Brunecker Strasse in Nuremberg.
This time over 500 residents are affected by the evacuation.
The demolition manager is already on site.

The December defuse took longer than expected due to initial complications.
Another bomb was discovered on Wednesday morning at an almost identical location on Brunecker Strasse.
According to the city, it weighs 125 kilograms and has two detonators.
It should be defused around 3 p.m.
Demolition master Michael Weiß is already on site with around 130 police, fire brigade and rescue services.
The evacuation radius is 300 meters.
511 people have to leave their homes.

Air bomb in Nuremberg: the city sets up a care center for residents
The evacuation of the affected area begins at 1.30 p.m.
A special VAG bus then commutes to the care center that has been set up at the Bertolt Brecht School.
Residents who are unable to walk are brought there by an ambulance.
The city announced on its website that there are currently no known corona * cases in the evacuation area.
"If it does, affected persons will be separated in the care center."
The city of Nuremberg has also set up a citizen hotline.
