Three buildings in Wo Lok Village found 63 cases of early positive infection rate of 13.1%

Ping An Building, Tai On Building and Ngee On Building in Wo Lok Village, Kwun Tong, were closed from 5:00 yesterday and will be lifted at about 11:00 this morning.

A government spokesman pointed out that about 480 people in the three buildings were tested, of which 63 were initially positive and 3 were inconclusive. The Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health would arrange for follow-up.

5.7% of Fu Man Building in Tai Wo Hau Estate were infected with the disease, and the first positive rate of Fu Bang Building was about 7.7%

As for Fumin Building in Tai Wokou Village, the compulsory testing operation was completed at about 10:30 this morning, and about 790 people were tested. When a total of 45 preliminary positive test cases were found, the initial positive rate was about 5.7%.

The authorities sent staff to visit about 370 households in Fumin Building, of which 21 were not answered during the process.

The closure of Fubon Building in the same village was lifted at about 11 a.m., and about 710 people were tested. Among them, 55 cases were initially positive, and the infection rate was about 7.7%.

About 1,080 people were tested in Die Xin Building, Butterfly Village, of which 131 were initially positive and 33 were inconclusive. The initial positive rate was about 12%, the highest among the 10 buildings enclosed yesterday.

Authorities have sent staff to visit 816 households in Die Xinlou, and 111 of them were not answered during the process.
