Hundreds of Palestinians participated this evening in a vigil in the occupied Palestinian territories in 1948, denouncing the crime of the Israeli occupation in the assassination of Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Aqleh.
Wafa Agency stated that the participants in the vigil raised the Palestinian flag, pictures and banners condemning the crimes and violations of the occupation, calling on the international community to intervene urgently to protect the Palestinian people.
The crime of assassinating Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Aqleh by the Israeli occupation forces while she was covering the Israeli aggression on Jenin camp in the West Bank drew widespread condemnations and calls for an international investigation of this crime.
