hotel installed at the top of the hill, the star firm lifts a corner of the veil on its next productions in front of an audience of a few handpicked journalists.
Proof of the importance of the event, Gorden Wagener, the Mercedes design director, is present.
And the German designer left no one to lift the tarp and present the star of the show: the Vision AMG concept.

Sports car enthusiasts are going to be upside down.
This prototype, which announces a vehicle produced by 2025-2026, abandons the canons of traditional sports to embrace the environmental cause.
In line with recent announcements from Mercedes, the production vehicle will be electric.
At this stage, the characteristics are not known but this model should be based on the AMG.EA platform, certainly resulting from the MMA (Mercedes Modular Architectur) structure that the manufacturer will unveil in 2024.

Presented in the form of a model, the AMG Vision concept prefigures the style of the next electric models of the AMG sports division.
Behind a decoration that evokes the Mercedes single-seaters entered in Formula 1, this style exercise refers to the refined silhouette of the Mercedes EQXX sedan which has just set a record for autonomy.
This electric demonstrator traveled from Stuttgart to Cannes, a little over 1,000 km without recharging.
The AMG Vision concept is shorter than the Mercedes EQXX but the aesthetic language is close.
In both cases, the designers of the German manufacturer sought maximum efficiency.
The AMG Vision has yet to be tested in the wind tunnel but Gorden Wagener reckons the
Cx
aerodynamics shouldn't be far off the record 0.19 value claimed by the EQXX.

As compact as a coupe, this sedan concept catches the eye with its joyful face under its light signature with three star petals and framing a wide closed grille, its balanced proportions marked by the wheels at the four corners and its marked shoulder.
Incorporating a carbon diffuser and six red tailpipes, the rear is more aggressive than that of the EQXX sedan.
The silhouette of the Vision AMG could compete for the first price of beauty of electric vehicles.
