Mauricio Cárdenas, former Minister of Finance of Colombia, considers the tone of the congratulatory message received via Twitter by the Colombian president-elect, Gustavo Petro, from the Mexican president, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, wrong.
In the tweet, López Obrador referred to Colombian conservatives, something that Cárdenas considers offensive.
