This is already a known fact, but sometimes in the summer when it is too hot, we do not feel like something too heavy, or hot, so a smoothie is the perfect solution.
It is cold, it is refreshing, it is based on favorite summer fruits and it creates a feeling of satiety, which lasts for many hours.

In order to lighten the story even more, the confectioner Or Ben Oliel, prepares us 3 chicas, which are not based on milk.
One based on orange juice, for a fruity and light taste, the other based on yogurt, for those who like their smoothie a little milky, a kind of frozen yogurt if you will, and the third, based on oatmeal and some tahini, a smoothie with a slightly chocolatey and pampering taste.

Ingredients
For a smoothie based on orange juice:
1 orange buckwheat
2 frozen bananas
2 frozen dates
1 tangerine
5 walnuts
For a yogurt-based smoothie:
1 box of Greek yogurt
חצי Semi-frozen spelled mango
1 semi-frozen peach
¼ Coral
As honey
¼ Cup milk or water
To a smoothie based on an oatmeal drink
1 cup oatmeal drink
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon raw tahini
½ as cinnamon
1 frozen banana

Preparation
How to make smoothies based on oats, orange juice and yogurt?
1 Put all the desired smoothie ingredients in a blender until the ingredients are combined.
Liquids can be added to reach the desired thickness.
