Homs-Sana
The national and sentimental printers published the stories and poems of the participants in the Al-Assi Literary Forum, which revived a literary evening today at the Homs Writers Union.
The evening began with the poet and short story Somaya Juma'a with two patriotic poems titled (The homeland of love is Syria) and (For your eyes, Damascus), which she calls out to the capital of jasmine and invites it to return as it was the homeland of the friendly memories.
With gentle words and pictures full of the most beautiful meanings of spinning, the poet Fatek Al-Basha, who won several Arab prizes in poetry and in his poem (Your Eyes), spins in it a girl who combined the qualities of science with beauty and was the inspiration for his poetic queen, which pulsates with the richness of description and feelings filled with sincerity of loyalty.
The storyteller Hiyam Abdo and her short story and poetry collections, entitled (Lord of Coincidence), in which she tells the story of two brotherly heroes of the Syrian Arab Army and the events they witnessed in the war, in an elaborate descriptive narrative style.
The poet Haitham Kafa had a distinguished participation in two sentimental poems that bore the titles (He Must Return) and (Spring of Days), in which he expresses his tender feelings of nostalgia and love.
The poet Rehab Ramadan, owner of the collections “I am the Female” and “Away from a Homeland” concluded the evening with two patriotic poems, the first for Syria, which is proud of victory, and the second for the Syrian woman who was patient and patient and was a title of altruism, sacrifice and loyalty.
The evening was attended by an audience of intellectuals and writers.
