Dmitry Rogozin, Director of the Russian Space Agency "Ros Cosmos" announced that Russia and the United States have begun negotiations on the resumption of joint manned space flights to the International Space Station.
“These contacts are, of course, underway through the manned space navigation unit of Roscosmos, headed by Sergey Krikalev,” Rogozin said, adding that contacts between Ross Cosmos and NASA on this issue were continuous before.
