Two children and a girl in critical condition after drowning in Ashkelon; 5 years old in critical condition after drowning in the Beit She'an Valley Israel today

Three children were seriously injured and a girl was seriously injured after drowning tonight (Tuesday) at Delilah Beach in Ashkelon.

In the Beit She'an Valley, a 5-year-old boy was fatally injured after drowning in the Kibbutzim River near Mesilot.  

The three - aged 14 and 8 and a 6-year-old boy - were evacuated to Barzilai Hospital in the city.

MDA paramedic Israel Lugsi said: "When I arrived at the beach, I took the MDA ATV that was permanently parked on the beach and went with it to the water line. The two children lay on the sand with a vague consciousness and another girl walked around. They were evacuated for further treatment at the hospital. "

At 19:42, a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Gilboa area about a drowning in the Kibbutzim River near the tracks.

MDA paramedics Orit Ohana and Dennis Polkov said: "The boy lay on the river bank unconscious, with no pulse and no breathing and performed basic resuscitation operations on him.

We continued with advanced medical treatment for the whole soul, massages and medication and evacuated him to the hospital while continuing resuscitation operations when his condition was critical. "
