In terms of newly confirmed buildings on the list, 2,403 buildings were reported on August 6, among which there are many luxury houses, including 2 Jialin Court, South Bay Road, Repulse Bay, 10 Yangming Villas in Tai Tam, 8 Leighton Hills in Happy Valley, Braemar Hill Gardens 9 and 11.
In addition, Block A of the Inspector-level Police Quarters on Mount Homantin Road, and the Tam Lee Lai Fen Building, Chung Yam Garden, the Senior Staff Quarters of the University of Hong Kong, also made the list.

Newly reported buildings in the Central and Western District include Royal View Terrace, Caine Road, Block 1, Lok Shun Terrace, Robinson Road, Mid-Levels, 326 Queen's Road West, and Punjab, Sai Ying, etc.
