Near a construction site: a 21-year-old is accused of committing an indecent act on a 62-year-old

According to the indictment, the young man, Imran Kaabia, attacked the woman near a construction site in Netanya, threw her to the ground and committed the act on her, while she begged him to stop.

The bruised complainant arrived with the rest of her strength at a nearby residence and called the police.

The accused remains in custody until the end of the proceedings

The Central District Attorney's Office recently submitted to the Magistrate's Court an indictment for an indecent act by force against Imran Ka'abia (21) from the Ka'abia Regional Council.

According to the indictment, Kaabia attacked a 62-year-old woman, knocked her to the floor and performed an indecent act on her.

The indictment, filed by attorney Adi Arad, indicates that last June the complainant walked near a construction site in Netanya. At one point she turned to the defendant and asked him if there was a route past the nearby hotel, and when she responded in the negative she went back on her tracks. Then the defendant began to run after her and block her path , while telling her "Wait, wait." The complainant was frightened and asked him to leave her, but the accused pushed the complainant and threw her on the floor.

At this point, the indictment states, when the woman was on her back, he carried out his plot on her, while trying to strip her of her shirt.

This despite the fact that she begged him to stop his actions and told him that he was hurting her.

Immediately after that, the accused ran away from the scene, leaving the complainant bruised.

With the rest of her strength, she managed to reach a nearby residence and asked to call the police.

The prosecution asked to arrest the accused until the end of the proceedings, and the court ordered to keep him in custody until another decision.
