Söder's politician colleague makes fun of Wiesn - while his festival is worlds smaller

In many places in Germany so-called Oktoberfests take place parallel to the Wiesn - also in Frankfurt am Main.
Markus Söder is therefore teased by his Hessian colleague.
Does he really have a reason to?

Both politicians recently met in Alzenau at one of the northernmost points of the Free State on the Bavarian-Hessian border.

But: A few hours later something blatant happened.
Because: Rhein allegedly made fun of the Munich Wiesn (September 17th to October 3rd) - he addressed his mockery to the Franconian Söder of all people.
Specifically: On that September 7th, the 50-year-old Rhein hurried with his staff to Frankfurt am Main to open the Oktoberfest there (September 7th to October 3rd) with a tapping of the barrel.
This is also called that, but has only one tent at Deutsche Bank Park, the soccer stadium of the Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt.
Pop singer Mickie Krause was there at the opening.

For comparison: The Munich Oktoberfest had its premiere in 1810. More than six million people flock here every year (excluding Corona) - some from all over the world.
The Munich Wiesn has 17 large marquees and 21 small ones this year.
The largest beer hall, the Hofbräuzelt, offers space for up to 10,000 revelers.
Superlatives wherever you look.

, Rhein allegedly made a less than charming remark in the direction of Munich on September 7th: "I was at Söder today and said: 'If you really want to experience the Oktoberfest, then you come to Frankfurt.

Binding what?
Söder supposedly doesn't drink beer at all.
From Munich there is nothing left but to congratulate the Frankfurt “90s Fete mit Oli P.”, “Tracht-Nacht 1”, “Tracht-Nacht 2” and “Tracht-Nacht 3”.
Of course not to forget the “NDW fun with Markus & Yvonne”.
Meanwhile, the people of Munich are celebrating one thing - their Wiesn.
The largest folk festival in the world.
