A serious traffic accident occurred on the A8 near Irschenberg.

A serious traffic accident occurred on the A8 motorway.
It is currently closed at Irschenberg in the direction of Salzburg.

As reported by the Oberbayern-Süd police headquarters in Rosenheim, the accident happened around 1.40 p.m. on the A8 towards Salzburg near Irschenberg.
A motorcycle is involved.
Due to the landing of the rescue helicopter, the A 8 is currently completely closed in the direction of Salzburg.
The police are not yet able to provide any further information about the consequences of the accident.
