Hymns and musical tunes that traveled the audience to an atmosphere full of love and peace, presented by the band with perfection and professionalism, after training and effort for more than a year, in an evening that included a variety of classical works that began with the Kerry piece by Franz Schubert and Seut Servas by Palestrina and a piece by Mozart to conclude its evening with the piece “Crido” by Vivaldi, which is the largest piece and dates back to the Baroque era. In addition to providing choral pieces.

A message of love and peace from Aleppo to Damascus, marked by oil lamps, candlelight, and the scent of incense, through a spiritual ritual with the aim of spreading joy and hope in hearts.

The importance of the evening, according to Al-Bitar, is that the ensemble, which consists of 22 choir members and 17 orchestra players of different ages, presents this great music with high professionalism, addressing all the technical, logistical and technical details.

The musician David Malkonian stated that the band, since its founding, has sought to shed light on ancient Baroque music, which contains a distinctive musical decoration, and has not received attention from musicians despite its beauty and uniqueness.

The evening, organized by the Cultural Foundation (Workshop), its founder, Antoine Makdisi, explained that the band and choir presented in this evening the result of the effort and fatigue they exerted over the years, carrying with their hearts their passion and dream of spreading the culture of joy and peace throughout Syria.

It is noteworthy that the Arba Ensemble is a group of musicians and singers, founded in 2021 under the leadership of Maestro Jamil Al-Bitar, and includes a choir and orchestra, and aims to spread the culture of classical music locally and globally. 1983 in cooperation with the late Maestro Boghos Abagian.
