On October 5, 2017, the New York Times published the first in a long series of articles denouncing the actions of one of the most powerful figures in Hollywood, Harvey Weinstein, accused of harassment, sexual assault and rapes.
In exactly 3,300 words, and after five months of work, thanks to testimonials from famous actresses and women employed by this producer's companies, journalists Megan Twohey and Jodi Kantor also demonstrated, with supporting documents, how these companies were made accomplices in the crimes of their boss for several decades.
The investigation was to cause a revolution.
