Today, China expressed its deep concern about the hostilities carried out by Turkey and the Israeli occupation entity in Syria, calling for an immediate halt to these attacks and avoiding any action that would escalate the situation.
"We must resolutely defend Syria's sovereignty and territorial integrity," the Chinese deputy representative to the United Nations, Geng Shuang, said during the UN Security Council meeting.
He added, "The hostilities carried out by Turkey and Israel flagrantly violate the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria, and may lead to an escalation and spread of the crisis in Syria," pointing to the importance of continuing dialogue to resolve relevant issues.
