Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova confirmed that the West is using a scenario similar to the Ukrainian campaign to actively drag the Republic of Moldova into the anti-Russian campaign.
Sputnik quoted Zakharova as saying to reporters today: We note that the West continues to actively attract Moldova to the anti-Russian campaign, noting that the scenario was similar to the scenario that was implemented in Ukraine.
Zakharova pointed out that purging the information space of rejected opinions, neutral political status, and rapprochement with NATO are matters in the hands of the same politicians who received nourishment from the West.
Last Thursday, the Moldovan parliament ratified the fourteenth amendment to the development assistance agreement between Moldova and the US government, through which the Moldovan government will receive aid estimated at 19,500,000 US dollars.
