It was a wish of Valérie Pécresse, it is now official.
The regulatory authority for transport in Ile-de-France, Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM), voted on Wednesday during its board of directors to return to 100% of the pre-Covid offer in transport in common in the Ile-de-France region.
A decision that went a little unnoticed, overshadowed by the vote to increase the price of the Navigo pass.

“
Faced with this unprecedented increase in the Navigo pass, there is an even more acute expectation from travelers (in terms of) quality of transport
”, declared the president of IDFM Valérie Pécresse at the end of the board of directors of IDFM.
The former LR presidential candidate, also president of the Île-de-France region, thus deemed “
inadmissible
” the problems encountered on the RATP network in recent months.
An offer completed by 91% in October
Until now, the transport offer ordered from RATP and SNCF by IDFM was set at 98% of the pre-Covid offer.
Even this rate, less than 100%, is currently not achieved.
In October, the offer barely reached 91% on average on the Paris metro, according to data from IDFM.
Only four lines met the contractual target: 1, 2, 5 and 14. On the RER and suburban trains, we were in October at 92% supply.
Blame it on a lack of metro and train drivers.

In an interview with
Le Parisien
in early November, Valérie Pécresse was already calling for a 100% return of the offer.
“
Now it is time to return to 100% of the pre-Covid offer.
Because that's it, Ile-de-France residents are back in transport
, ”she said.
At the end of October, the RATP reported that the attendance rate in the metro was going up.
“
Depending on the day we are between 88 and 90%
”, indicated the Paris transport authority.
On the RER and suburban trains, attendance oscillated "
between 80 and 85%
" compared to 2019, specified SNCF Voyageurs.
