Occupied Jerusalem - SANA
Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh called on the United Nations to deploy observers from its teams present in Palestine in the cities and towns of the West Bank and on the roads in light of the escalation of terrorism by the Israeli occupation forces and settlers against the Palestinians.
WAFA news agency quoted Shtayyeh as saying today: The United Nations has more than 1,000 employees and 400 vehicles, which can be trained to be international observers to monitor and document violations of the occupation forces and settlers, in order to bring them to trial and hold them accountable.
Shtayyeh stressed that the Palestinian people will not stop their struggle until they obtain their legitimate national rights, foremost of which is the establishment of their independent state on the line of June 4, 1967, with Jerusalem as its capital.
