Road accident on Route 90: A 20-year-old woman was killed in a westbound accident involving two vehicles.
MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment at the scene and performed CPR, ultimately resulting in the death of the female driver. The driver of the second vehicle, a 59-year-old man, was taken by MDA ambulance to Ziv Hospital in a minor condition with a chest injury.

A senior medic riding an MDA motorcycle, Shai Raikin, said: "This is a very serious car accident.
One of the vehicles that had very severe metal damage collided with the safety fence and the other vehicle was near the road.
The driver of the vehicle that crashed into the safety fence was caught unconscious and suffering from a very severe multi-system injury.
We rescued her while performing CPR but her injury was fatal and in the end we had to pronounce her dead.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 59-year-old man who was fully conscious and suffered from bruises on his upper body, was treated on the spot and taken by MDA ambulance for further treatment at the hospital where his condition is stable."
