After Mouz was given responsibility for the External Programs Division at the Ministry of Education and Smotrich received the Civil Administration from the Ministry of Defense - the dismantling of the ministries in the emerging government continued.
The direct victims are Likud senior officials, who are fighting for the remaining spoils, mainly in the ministries of transportation and economy.
From a draft of the coalition agreements between Shas and Likud obtained by Israel Hayom, it appears that in addition to the Ministry of Health and the Interior, Aryeh Deri is expected to receive responsibility in the Ministry of the Interior for another division from the Ministry of Transportation: the Local Authorities Division in the Planning and Infrastructure Development Administration.
The website of the Ministry of Transportation states that "the administration deals with the performance aspects of all land transportation infrastructure in the State of Israel on its various components: train, intercity roads and public transportation."

Deri, as mentioned, will receive the department responsible for these issues in the local authorities.
Sources in the Ministry of Transportation say that "this is the division that is responsible for the relationship with the local authorities, which includes a budget of 400-300 million shekels to invest in transportation projects that the authorities initiate."
Vocational Training Division
On top of that, Shas will receive three units from the work branch of the Ministry of Economy, which will be transferred back to the Ministry of Welfare. The coalition agreements stipulate that a minister on behalf of Shas will serve in the Ministry of Welfare.
This is a senior division for professional training and personnel development, the government institute for technological training and the administration of employment for special populations.
The labor branch includes a long list of units dealing with professional training, encouraging employment, supervising work and labor relations in Israel.
The labor branch was previously in the Ministry of Social Affairs and in the last government it moved to the Ministry of Economy.
Also in the Ministry of Religions, Deri managed to obtain additional standards.
According to the draft, the government will make a decision on the allocation of two new standards in the Ministry of Religion, under conditions similar to those of a rabbi, to be assigned to the rabbi of the Ethiopian community and the rabbi of the French community in Israel.
The appointments to the positions will be made by the Minister of Religions on behalf of Shas after consultation with the Chief Rabbinate. It is true that this is a draft, but sources familiar with the details clarified that "it is an almost final draft from the last few days."
Shas chose not to respond to the news.
