What is Dani Alves accused of?

It all started from the complaint filed by a woman against the Brazilian soccer player in a Barcelona court for alleged sexual assault.

According to what appears in the file,

Alves was accused of touching the intimate parts of the woman

, in an event that occurred at the Sutton nightclub in the Catalan capital, where they met on the night of December 30-31.

Thus, the head of the trial court number 15 in Barcelona began the investigation process for the alleged sexual assault after receiving the complaint that the woman filed with the Mossos d'Esquadra.

The complainant, who was with some friends partying at the aforementioned nightclub, told the Catalan police that

the Brazilian soccer player touched her under her underwear

, without her consent.
