French politician and former member of the European Parliament Florian Philippot called on the European Union to lift the sanctions imposed on Russia, describing Brussels' decisions in the energy sector as "crazy and stupid".
“The countries of the European Union are falling under pressure from the Americans in a state of complete delirium about supplying Vladimir Zelensky with increasingly heavy weapons,” Filippo said, according to Novosti Agency, on his Twitter account, warning that “Washington is seeking to ignite a world war in Europe.”
Philippo repeatedly criticized Western countries for sending money and military equipment to Ukraine, stressing that this matter prolongs the crisis in it.
