Second hand from a superstar:
Britney Spears announced last week on Instagram that she had changed her name to River Red ("red river" in translation from English, HT), and now she is working on another significant change in her life - selling her house.

The 41-year-old Spears bought a huge mansion last year in the prestigious Calabasas neighborhood of Los Angeles, near the time of her wedding with Sam Asgeri and next door to her ex-husband and the father of her children, Kevin Federline.
However, according to the report on the gossip website TMZ, the pop singer was never able to connect with the real estate that she purchased for a reported sum of 11.8 million dollars, and now she is offering it for sale for 12 million dollars. If you were wondering, then as of now the sale is being done under the radar.
Insiders say that Spears hurried to leave the luxurious mansion almost immediately after entering it, because she felt that she was too exposed and that she simply "couldn't fall in love" with the luxurious structure (which includes, among other things, 6 bedrooms, a cinema room and a wine cellar, and that they previously lived in Justin and Hailey Bieber).
According to the sources who spoke with the site, this is also the reason why Spears never invested money in renovating the place.
According to reports in the networks, this is the house that Spears is trying to sell:

For the benefit of those who worry that Spears and Asgari will be forced to wander between friends' couches until they find a new home, it is possible to breathe regularly again, as the two have an equally luxurious home in the Thousand Oaks neighborhood that they purchased in 2015.
