The fire was violent and thick with smoke. It was densely covered and spread to the 22nd and 24th floors. The Fire Services Department received multiple cases of help, so more manpower was used. At 1:24 pm, the fire alarm was raised to level 3. Firefighters evacuated a total of 40 people on each floor, and another 70 people voluntarily Evacuated.
