A suicide case occurred in Pat Heung.
At about 2 a.m., the authorities received a report that a man was unconscious in a private car parked on an unnamed road near Nanqing East Road on Kam Sheung Road.
Rescuers rushed to the scene after receiving the report and rescued the driver, but it was confirmed that he was dead, and there was a basin of charcoal in the car.
The police conducted a preliminary search and found a suicide note in the car. They believed that the case was a suicide. Later, they notified the FEHD staff to arrive at the scene and send the body of the deceased to the mortuary.
The male victim is about 40 years old and married. It is reported that the male victim's ex-girlfriend committed suicide a few months ago.
At the scene, Daling Village, Upper Village, Pat Township, was the residence where the male victim and his ex-girlfriend lived together. He drove and parked outside the former love nest to burn charcoal.
Before the incident, his wife could not contact her husband, so she asked her husband's friend for help, and finally found her husband's private car at the address, but unfortunately, she has returned to her soul.
