Police send undercover agents to training sessions

In addition, the police found 4 handwritten notes addressed to others in Huang's backpack, mentioning the establishment of the Hong Kong Military Independence Party, an independent army, and a shadow government to overthrow the SAR government and build a nation.

The note also pointed out that the purpose of Huang's training class was to recruit students to receive military training, with the ultimate goal of overthrowing the government. There was also a letter written to Yuan Gongyi.

Police officers are also searching for information on how to make weapons out of different objects such as pens and headscarves, and methods to escape the investigation of law enforcement officers.
