THE PLACE.
Former of La Fleur au Fusil in Saint-Vivien-de-Médoc, it is in a small street near the town hall that Téo Barazer - alias Bibi - has chosen to open an establishment in his image, plural but singular , just two years ago.
At number 62, there is a café-wine cellar, while number 64 (communicating) is dedicated to the pleasures of the table.
As good-natured as he is well surrounded, the owner pampers his customers as well as his fellow chefs and his suppliers.
