Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump's lawyer, is facing legal trouble. An ex-employee is taking him to court for alleged sexual offenses.

New York – A former employee of Rudy Giuliani sued former New York Mayor and lawyer for presidential candidate Donald Trump for $10 million on Monday. It accuses him of "abuse of power, widespread sexual assault and harassment, wage theft and other misconduct," including "alcohol tirades with sexist, racist and anti-Semitic statements."

According to Noelle Dunphy's lawsuit filed in upstate New York, Giuliani "often requested oral sex while taking calls over loudspeakers from high-ranking friends and clients, including then-President Trump." The Guardian had also reported on the lawsuit. Ex-President Trump was recently convicted of a sexual assault.

Giuliani allegedly sexually harassed ex-employee

Giuliani reportedly told Dunphy that he enjoyed this behavior on the phone because it made him feel "like Bill Clinton." Clinton was impeached in 1998 for lying about an affair with Monica Lewinsky, then a White House intern, while he was president.

The lawsuit alleges that Giuliani offered Dunphy a million dollars a year plus expenses to become his director of business development, and also promised to represent her free of charge in a dispute with an abusive ex-partner.

Giuliani allegedly demanded sex from ex-employee

Giuliani allegedly deferred payment to Dunphy on the grounds that he was divorcing Judith Giuliani, his third wife. But he is said to have been quick to demand sex. Giuliani, according to the file, "began abusing Ms. Dunphy almost immediately after she took up her duties" and made it clear "that satisfying his sexual demands ... practically anytime and anywhere ... was an absolute prerequisite".

Giuliani, it is said, often demanded that Dunphy "work naked, in a bikini or in short shorts, with an American flag on it, which he had bought for her." "When they were apart, they often worked remotely via video conferencing, and ... Giuliani almost always asked her to undress in front of the camera. He often called from his bed, where he visibly touched each other under a white sheet."

Giuliani rejects allegations

A representative for Giuliani told the New York Daily News that the former mayor "vehemently and completely denies the allegations in the lawsuit and will thoroughly defend himself against these allegations. This is pure harassment and an attempt at blackmail." (mse)
