During an overtaking manoeuvre, a 20-year-old motorcyclist crashed in Lenggries. He was taken by helicopter to the accident clinic in Murnau.
Lenggries – According to the police, a motorcyclist (20) from the Munich area, who had an accident late on Friday afternoon on the federal highway 13 in the municipality of Lenggries between Hohenwiesen and Sylvenstein reservoir, was lucky in misfortune. The 20-year-old was driving his Honda on the B13 in the direction of Lenggries and overtook a car in the area of a slight curve.

Due to the complexity of the curve, according to the police, the motorcyclist noticed the oncoming Skoda of a 28-year-old Wolfratshauser too late and collided with the front of the vehicle. The 20-year-old suffered moderate injuries in the impact. He was flown by rescue helicopter to the Murnau Trauma Clinic for further clarification. The driver from Wolfratshauser and his two drivers, 27 and 28 years old, were slightly injured in the collision and taken to hospital by the ambulance service. Both vehicles were totaled. The B13 was completely closed for about an hour as a result of the accident. In addition to the rescue service, the volunteer fire brigades from Fall and Winkl were in action, according to the police.
