The refresher tournament held by the Chess Federation will continue in four stages this month within its annual plan for this year, with the aim of developing the players' level and increasing their technical skills.
The results of the first stage in the men's category resulted in Abdul Rahman Al-Dhiab in the first place, followed by Talal Al-Zaeem, then Hisham Danon third, Haydar Jumah fourth, Youssef Arish fifth, Alaa Hashim sixth, Bashar Zalma seventh, Muhammad Oudeh eighth, Yusef Barnabo ninth and Manar Architectural tenth.
Within the same stage, the age groups championship ended with Youssef Bilal winning the first place, followed by Jaafar Shahoud, then Hussein Zaid, then the player Ashraf Mualla, then Masa Kebili, followed by Hassan Ibrahim, then Zakaria Al-Buqai, Dawar Latifa, Zain Ibrahim and Manar Maamari.
By the end of each stage, the top ten winners of the two tournaments will qualify for the final, which will be held with a time of five minutes and three seconds for the age groups, and three minutes and two seconds for the men, boys, young women and women category.
