The Russian tennis team beat Germany in the semi-finals of the Davis Cup to reach the final of the competition for the first time since 2007.
The qualification came after the Russian player Daniil Medvedev defeated his German competitor, Jan-Lennard Struve, in the match that brought them together today, 4-6, 4-6.
The Russian national team won the Davis Cup twice, in 2002 and 2006.
