Tepper first stated that the suspicion of theft did not exist: "From the first moment after the check we did, no one attributed the theft and the disappearance of the flags. "Then they asked the fourth judge where the flags were. He said they were in his bag and he could not find them. The judge was sure he had brought the flags with him."

Asked if Tepper was initially reported to have the flags stolen from the locker room, Tepper continued: "We did not tell anyone that the equipment was stolen, but we did not find the flags. For a moment they did not say they stole or broke us. .
