National champion Elitzur Ramla has decided to play next season, 2022/23 in the Euroleague, the top factory on the continent.
The heads of the club have already met with the mayor of Ramla, Michael Videl, who gave the blessing of the road and even asked to be presented with the meanings in order to promote the idea of playing in the senior factory on the continent.
The last time Ramla played in the Euroleague was 21 years ago, in the 2000/01 season.
She also participated in the factory in the 1996/97 and 1998/99 seasons, but did not pass the houses stage.
Last year, Elitzur participated in the Eurocup factory, and even finished between the first two teams, and rose from the home stage.

Ramla's professional manager, Nissim Ron: "We decided to sign up for the Euroleague. We are allowed to play there because we won the national championship. We are looking for foreigners who fit the level. By the way, if the team is eliminated from the Euroleague then it automatically continues to play in the Eurocup."
