The Spanish Football Federation suspended Barcelona star Robert Lewandowski for three matches, due to his expulsion during the recent Osasuna confrontation.
According to the Federation's Disciplinary Committee, the decision to suspend the Polish star came after he was expelled during the team's last match in the Spanish League on the eighth of this month against Osasuna, nearly half an hour after its start.
The committee indicated that Lewandowski made an inappropriate move for the referee after showing the red card in his face... the suspension decision that will force him to miss three important matches for Barca, which are the Barcelona derby with Espanyol and the Atletico Madrid and Real Betis matches after the resumption of La Liga competitions.
