The soap opera is not over.
The former director general of the French Football Federation (FFF), Florence Hardouin, seized the industrial tribunal to obtain the nullity of her dismissal, her lawyer told AFP on Thursday, confirming information from Le Monde.
The 56-year-old former leader seized the Paris Labor Court on Tuesday to "
obtain the nullity of her dismissal, as well as damages to repair the damage
", explained to AFP her lawyer Margaux Mathieu.
Dismissed by the FFF, she believes that she suffered damages "
in the context of the execution and termination of her employment contract and the possible violation of the employer's security obligation towards her
".

The FFF waives its dismissal for serious misconduct
In office since 2013, Ms. Hardouin was suspended on a precautionary basis for serious misconduct on January 11, following a federal executive committee which also recorded the withdrawal of President Noël Le Graët.
But the FFF finally “
waived
” the dismissal for serious misconduct, according to Me Mathieu: “
she was dismissed for totally fallacious reasons, in particular the fact of not having put in place the tools to fight against sexual harassment within the FFF
,” she said on Thursday.

In February, Florence Hardouin had also contacted the Defender of Rights “
to have the FFF obstruct the status of whistleblower
” of Florence Hardouin.
As part of this procedure, she will soon be auditioned, according to her lawyer.
Last month, Me Mathieu had established a link between the denunciation
of "acts of harassment, reprehensible under criminal law
", made by Ms Hardouin against the President of the Federation Noël Le Graët within the framework of the audit mission on the FFF, and the dismissal of the general manager the day after this testimony.

The former fencer has long formed a united and effective tandem with Noël Le Graët, with an undeniable recovery of finances at the FFF to their credit.
In addition, Me Mathieu affirmed Thursday that his client would be "
very soon
" heard by the investigators of the Brigade for the repression of delinquency against the person within the framework of the investigation of the Paris prosecutor's office for "
sexual and moral harassment
" aimed at Noël Le Graët, former president of the FFF.
