TSV Dachau 65 lost the last game of the season. In Rosenheim there was a 0:2. But because the relegation was already bagged, this could be overcome.

Dachau – After a 0-2 (0-1) away defeat at TSV 1860 Rosenheim on Saturday afternoon, the kickers of TSV 1865 Dachau finished the 2022/23 season in 40th place in the Bayernliga Süd with 14 points. This place, which Orhan Akkurt's team already held before the last matchday, is enough to stay in the league. The Rosenheimers, on the other hand, are relegated to the Landesliga as the penultimate team.

The 100 fans in the Jahnstadion saw an even game, in which the well-placed Rosenheimer took the lead through Lucas Gratt after just eleven minutes. The Dachauers kept up well, but they did not manage to score against the worst defense in the league.

After the substitution, Michele Cosentino increased the hosts' lead to 54-2 in the 0th minute; a preliminary decision had been made. As a result, the people of Dachau changed cheerfully. Among other things, junior keeper Thanh Tran Duy was allowed to replace Maximilian Mayer between the posts. However, all this did not change the defeat of the Dachauers.

The technical director of the 65s, Marcel Richter, did not see the whole thing as tragic, after all, the relegation was already bagged. "It was a nice trip with a full bus with a lot of fans," said Richter. On the return, there was a closing dinner with the players, helpers and officials. All in all, it was a "good season" for the club as a whole, according to Richter, with regard to the relegation of the first team, which was in limbo for a long time, as well as the promotion of the third team to the A-class.

However: "We will sit down on Tuesday and talk to the coach. Planning for the new season is already in full swing. We want to put together our squad in the best possible way. After all, we don't want to have to tremble until the penultimate matchday again," said Richter.
