The premier stresses that the priority is now "to make Italy". (HANDLE)

"I will take a few days and then launch a horse care for the Italian system. We are in an emergency, and we must all work, each clearly for the responsibilities that we assume based on the role it has. We must reason as if we were in an emergency, when we reason emergency we are able to coordinate better. We cannot be a tail light there are also situations that are cyclical. There is a coronavirus emergency, there are international commercial tensions ... ". Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte says this when speaking with reporters as he leaves the Senate.

A verification in parliament? "We are focused" on government action, "I am not passionate about the headlines. Right now we are focused on a priority that is to make Italy grow", added Conte, conversing with ANSA, before leaving the Senate, comments on the hypothesis that a legislative pact on reforms could be established.

THE PRECISION OF THE PREMIER: "'This Renzi?' It is not said 'this Renzi', it is Senator Matteo Renzi, leader of a majority party, Italia Viva ". So Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, while leaving Palazzo Madama, benevolently 'wands' a reporter who asks him if "this Renzi" keeps him "on the thorns".

Meanwhile, the Senate has approved the majority resolution on Premier Conte's communications on the EU budget. The document had 150 votes in favor, 101 against and 13 abstentions. The motion commits the government to work towards "a European budget capable of meeting future challenges", clarifying that "the proposal by President Michel on the budget, despite some slight progress compared to the negotiating framework of the Finnish presidency, still does not appear adequate compared to the ambitions of Europe ".
