The world's most successful plus size model,

, 32, was among the few stars to attend Milan Fashion Week.

Many fashion houses have introduced new collections, the models have taken to the runways, some in digital format, and Graham, after months of maternity leave, is back in full force at the Fendi show.

Also at the Etro fashion show, Graham was seen at her peak in a black taffeta dress, a generous neckline, a powerful waist belt and a dreamy skin she nurtured well during the first closure.

But the real pan took place behind the scenes (as always), when Graham posed for a mini-fashion production in a thong and bra and took advantage of the momentum to convey a message as well.

At the Palazzo Hotel in Milan, in Parade black thong panties, a white Alexander Wong knit and Fendi yellow ankle boots, Graham leaned over the wardrobe and wrote the perfect cappuccino in the world: "It looks like the spaghetti I ate went straight to my ass."

Picking up in Italy, enjoying couture, grinning at the situation.

The cute photo session also continued to the bathroom plus a yellow Fendi bag, another peek into the porch and dessert - the empty pasta plate.

After all the fun, and having already caught the attention of the followers, Graham took the opportunity to motivate the voters - "Use your voice and vote, we have exactly one more month friends".
