(ANSA) - PERUGIA, 04 DEC - Rudy Guede, the only one convicted of the murder of Meredith Kercher, has been entrusted with social services. ANSA learned this from circles close to young people.
Guede was the protagonist of a social reintegration process that appears "particularly advanced" underlines the surveillance tribunal of Rome in the provision by which he granted the Ivorian entrustment to social services. The judges thus accepted an application from his lawyer, the lawyer Fabrizio Ballarini. Guede was previously detained in the prison of Viterbo on a semi-liberty basis, to serve the 16 years of imprisonment that were inflicted on him with the abbreviated rite.
