Moncalieri, new banner for Segre

(ANSA) - TURIN, JANUARY 15 - New banner of solidarity with Liliana Segre at the Majorana Scientific High School of Moncalieri (Turin). Students posted it to replace the one burned last night. "The Majo is with Liliana Segre", is the writing, the same that appeared on the cloth given to the flames.
"We arrived at school on Monday morning and found only ashes. Today we decided to show our perseverance to confirm what we believe in. We hope it can be a new starting point for reflection", explains Pietro, an institute student.
"We are very proud of the boys' response, which expresses the sentiment of the city", underlines the mayor, PaoloMontagna, who participated in the posting of the banner with the Chief of Cabinet, Davide Guida, and the mayor of Nichelino, Giampiero Tolardo. "There is a responsibility for revisionism with respect to the episodes that follow one another - adds the first citizen - and we are here to testify which side we wanted to be". (ANSA).
